Terms & Conditions
The short version
We want to reassure you that we are a legitimate business. We have to provide terms and conditions, but in the simplest of terms we operate in the following way. We are based in England and we are governed by English law. Almost all our products are sourced through British suppliers, wholesalers or distributors. We don't offer credit, and we don't sell any information we might have about you, we have gone to great lengths to ensure that everything is secure and safe when you shop with us. We expect you to pay for your goods and make reasonable allowances for their delivery. If something goes wrong then please talk to us, we care very much about our customers and the products we sell.
Payment
Payment can only be accepted in pounds sterling. Credit/Debit card payments are processed by Elavon through the secure pages of Sage Pay (formerly Protx). We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place an order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your products will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Paying by cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Robert Horsfield and posted to 7 Abraham Close, Willen Park, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JA. Your products may not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please include details of the products you would like to order, your delivery address and telephone number.
Paying by bank transfer
Please contact us if you would like to pay by bank transfer and we will supply you with our bank details. Your products will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Coupon usage
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and validity of coupons at any time. Only coupons issued by us are valid on this site. Coupons have no monetary value.
Vouchers/gift certificates
Our gift vouchers are valid for a year and are non-refundable.
Rewards and reward points
If you have registered for an account with us (free and simple) then you will accrue reward points when you purchase certain products. Reward points have no monetary value and can only be exchanged for certain goods. Where a product is available to purchase using reward points a cash and a reward price will be displayed. We reserve the right to revoke points or the entire reward system should we wish to do so.
VAT
All prices shown include VAT (if appropriate) at the current rate. Our VAT registration number is GB 971 6655 85. Please contact us if you require a full VAT invoice or receipt.
Liability
www.savethe.co.uk's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by www.savethe.co.uk to the customer, together with any postage and packaging costs incurred. www.savethe.co.uk shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. www.savethe.co.uk cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering from www.savethe.co.uk. www.savethe.co.uk will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. www.savethe.co.uk will not be liable for any damage or injury arising out of any of products purchased from the web site. Operating and safety instructions are supplied where necessary by our suppliers. www.savethe.co.uk cannot be held liable for the misuse of any of the products we sell.
Product images and descriptions
Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and specifications of the products shown on our web site are correct. Please always check the text in the product description, product images may have been substituted or changed since the product was added. www.savethe.co.uk assumes no responsibility for the content of any web sites to which www.savethe.co.uk web site has links.
